Details are unavailable. One of Tarkov's most mysterious characters, a member of the "Sectarians" faction. Boss of the Shore, Customs, Forest, and Factory locations.

Retinue:
A fairly large detachment of cultists (4-7) with poisoned knives and suppressed weapons. They attack from ambush, their main advantage being stealth and silent movement.

Weapons:
The Priest and his retinue are armed with a poisonous blade that can only be protected from with Augmentin or the xTG-12 antidote. They prefer submachine guns and silenced assault rifles with armor-piercing rounds. They generally have good armor of classes 5 and 6, though unarmored cultists are occasionally encountered. They use Pestily (Plague Doctor) masks or reinforced Shattered masks.

Possible inventory contents:
- Possible spawn of Laboratory Cards
- Flash Drives
- Keys to Marked Rooms
- xTG-12 Antidote and other medical supplies
- Weapons with high-end ammunition (usually assault rifles and submachine guns)
- High-end body armor

Combat style:
Stealth attacks from cover. They can lie in wait for PMCs for a long time, lying down or hiding behind trees. They move completely silently. They are poorly visible to thermal imaging.

Habitat:
Spawn only between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- On the plain between the burned-out gas station and the hydroelectric power station in the Shore location. They have also been spotted between the sanatorium buildings.
- Near bunker ZB-013 in the Customs location.
- A small forest, next to a small hut near the lake and the Outskirts exit in the Forest location.
