The key card opens the door to the living quarters in the TerraGroup Labs isolation unit.

- On a red chair opposite Residential Unit 7
- In a glass on a table to the left after entering
- On a board in the far right corner of the room, on a marker stand
- On a table to the right after entering the room
- In a desk calendar on a table to the right after entering
- On a table in Security Room 1, to the right after entering the ward
- On the far mobile pedestal opposite the entrance, under the middle tables
- In a blue device located on the middle tables
- Isolation ward workbenches
- Marked rooms
- Location bosses
- Gladiator Hideouts in the Arena

Also on the office desk in room R22 (to the left of the conference room with the cat statues. The office itself is opened with a black keycard)
