Description:
The grounds and production facilities of Chemical Plant No. 16 were illegally leased to Terra Group. During the Contract Wars, battles between USEC and BEAR units took place here, vying for control of the industrial district of Tarkov. Later, with the onset of chaos, the plant's grounds began to be used as a refuge for civilians, Scavs, and fighters from stranded military and security forces, including scattered USEC and BEAR forces.
