Oh, hey, bro, I just figured something out. Imagine how awesome it would be to have information on Ultra's cargo shipments. What they shipped, where, and in what quantities. I've worked with these things a lot myself.

You probably won't find anything like this for smaller stores, and even those could be slackers, but the big ones definitely had such reports. Try Goshan and other supermarkets; you'll find something really cool.

Objectives:

- Find and submit Goshan cargo manifests
- Find and submit OLI cargo manifests
- Find and submit IDEA cargo manifests

After being discovered, you must leave the location alive to deliver the quest items to the client.
