There should definitely be some minibuses in the parking lot at the Interchange. Take a look, mark about three with beacons. To complete the mission, head to the Interchange location, taking the MS2000 objective markers (purchased from Ensign). The color of the bus will serve as a guide – the ones you need are painted yellow.

The minibuses are positioned as follows:

A rift in the center of the Ultra Shopping Center, next to which are two Gazelles.

A container warehouse, near the main entrance to the OLI store.

It's worth noting that markers must be defended for a certain period of time after they're placed.

Afterward, leave the location alive this time or any other time to turn in the quest to the client.
