Client's Explanation:

Here's the thing, you see how remote I live, and all sorts of things happen. Sometimes I find a good person dying, and there's no way to help them. People have breathed their last right in my arms, and if I had a defibrillator, I could have pulled them back from the brink. Bring me a couple of those; they're rare, but I think they still come around, and a CMS surgical kit would be very useful.

Objectives:

- Find a portable defibrillator in the raid and deliver it to the Ranger
- Find two CMS surgical kits in the raid and deliver them to the Ranger

Completion:

The fastest way to complete the quest is to craft a defibrillator and a surgical kit at the Medical Bay station in the shelter.

Portable defibrillator:

- Toolkit (1)

Crafting a defibrillator will take about 5 hours.

CMS Surgical Kit:

- Car First Aid Kit (1)
- Medical Instruments (1)

Crafting a surgical kit will take about 1 hour.

The items can also be found with a high probability in the following locations:

- Laboratory rooms in the Laboratory location (opened with the Green and Black Keycards)
- Boss Orderly's Office and the Sanatorium rooms in the Shore location
- Ultra and Med. Warehouse Emergency Ministry warehouse at the Interchange location (requires keys of the same name)

Please note that the items must be marked "Found in Raid." Once found, hand them over to the customer.
