I don't give a damn where you get them, even from underground, but get them, just make sure they're fresh, not from some huckster. We need to get these guys back on their feet, otherwise they'll just leave without a trace.

To complete the quest, it's best to head to the Reserve or Factory locations.

Respiratory masks spawn on Scavs (in either location), and blood transfusion kits are often found in the building marked with a white elephant (the western building is the hospital) and in medical bags in any location.

You can also craft items in your shelter (Medical Block and Sanitary Unit).

Please note that all items must be marked "Found in Raid." Once found, hand them over to the questgiver to complete the quest.
