In this location, kill the required number of targets in the Cardinal residential complex area, which is located in the northern part of the location along Primorsky Prospekt, near the Cardinal residential complex and the Exhibition Center checkpoint exits.

Both Scavs and enemy PMCs count. Afterwards, you must leave the location to hand over the quest to the client.
