Adrenaline, vitamins, and bottles of saline solution are most often found in the following locations:

Medical building in the Laboratory location (Black and Green keycards)
Medical boxes in the underground complex marked "D" and the building marked "White Elephant" in the Reserve location
Ultra Medical Warehouse in the Interchange location (opposite the TechLight store)
Sanatorium rooms in the Shore location (including the office of the boss, Sanitar)
Abandoned USEC parking lot in the Forest location (near the group of lakes in the north of the location)

Medicine drops are also quite common in any location, including the locations listed above. Look for them in:

Medical bags
File cabinets
Jackets
Bags of junk
